THE 17th INTERNATIONAL RESEARCH SYMPOSIUM ON SERVICE EXCELLENCE IN MANAGEMENT (QUIS17)

In January 2022, QUIS will head towards to Valencia, Spain, for its 17th edition.

Valencia is one of those destinations that never disappoints. Valencia offers 300 days of sun per year with an average temperature of almost 18ºC. In Valencia you can discover the real Valencian paella and all that its cuisine has to offer, its lifestyle, 7 kilometers of beach, spectacular sunsets at l’Albufera Park, or any of the iconic monuments such as the Silk Exchange (declared a Cultural Heritage site by UNESCO), the Almoina, The Serranos and Quart towers or the Cathedral. Valencia is full of surprises, like the river that has been transformed into a lush 9-kilometre-long park through the city for all types of leisure activities and sports, or the large 21st century constructions such as the City of Arts and Sciences by Santiago Calatrava or its hidden corners.

QUIS17 will be hosted by Polytechnic University of Valencia in collaboration with School of Business and Management, VinUniversity, Vietnam; CTF, Service Research Center, Karlstad University, Sweden; Cornell University, USA; Yonsei University, South Korea and W.P Carey School of Business Arizona State University, USA.
