QUIS17 conference is being planned as a face-to-face conference. We believe that these unique high-level sharing and networking event to promote the improvement of service quality and to exchange insights and experiences from the international business and academic communities requires a face-to-face dialogue.

We encourage you to register and participate in QUIS17 in Valencia in 2022. However, we know that the changing circumstances due to Covid-19 situation can turn around your plans easily. QUIS17 organizing committee is aware of this uncertainty and, if the time comes, and you are registered but unable to travel to Valencia, we will be able to offer you alternative solutions that we think would be at your entire satisfaction.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration is done through the Lifelong Learning Centre of the Universitat Politècnica de València (CFP-UPV). The platform will guide you to create a user that will allow you to register, pay, request an invoice and later download the certificate when planned. Payment can be made by bank card or bank transfer. In case of paying by transfer, you must attach proof of payment.

  1. Create an account in the CFP-UPV system. 
  2. Check your email and activate your account (please be sure that the email is not in your SPAM folder). 
  3. Complete the registration. 

NOTE: You can request an invoice with the information of your University or Company in the Registration System (Tab Payments / Request invoice) 

You will receive your confirmation of registration by email.

Note that the deadline of regular registrations is Dec 20th 2021

PhD Student fee is applicable for Ph.D. students. A Ph.D. student is a doctoral degree seeking student not concurrently serving as a faculty member at the same (or any) institution of higher education. Students will be asked to fill the Student ID Number in the Registration Form. Students may be asked to provide a proof of their student status.

The conference fees for Presenters, Non-presenters and PhD Students include:

  • Reception on January 12th;
  • Dinner on January 13th;
  • Dinner on January 14th;
  • Lunch and coffee-breaks on January 13th and 14th;
  • Social events on January 12th and 14th 
  • Bus transportation to and from QUIS17 recommended hotels to the UPV and social events locations (13th and 14th).
  • Conference proceedings.
  • Conference certificate of presentation/assistance.
  • Conference materials.

The pack of social events for accompanying persons includes:

  • Reception on January 12th;
  • Dinner on January 13th;
  • Dinner on January 14th;
  • Social events on January 12th and 14th 
  • Bus transportation to and from QUIS17 recommended hotels to the UPV and social events locations (13th and 14th).

Please notice that at least one co-author of an accepted abstract must register until Dec 7th

CANCELLATION AND REINBURSMENT POLICY

We understand that due to the COVID-19 situation, some changes in the registration may be necessary. However, some constraints are needed.

  • Cancellation: Registrations can be cancelled up to the deadline of regular registrations, Dec 20th 2021.
  • The cancellation fee is EUR 50 due to administrative work.
